Below is the info for tonight's meet, please refer to the swimtopia for your swimmers events and have them marked prior to the meet!  See you all there!

Address: The Reserve Pool 10022 Royal Colony Drive Waxhaw, NC 28173 

Parking: We have a small pool parking lot to the right of our clubhouse with first come, first serve parking and a few handicapped spaces. There will be 2 Reserved Parking spots in here for the Visiting Team Rep and Visiting Head Coach. They are located on the left when pulling into our parking lot. We ask that families park on the Pool side of the street ONLY on Royal Colony Drive. Parking is available on both sides of the street on Constitution Drive. PLEASE adhere to NO PARKING signs and do not block the corners of intersections. The circular driveway in front of the clubhouse is a no parking zone, however can be used for dropoff/ pickup of swimmers and spectators. Please do not park in the grass or block any driveways or intersections. Thank you for your help in following these directions as we are trying some new procedures this year. 

Timeline: Reserve Riptide Warm Up time 5:00 - 5:20pm Away team Warm Up time 5:20 - 5:40pm All timers meet in front of the main pool gate at 5:35pm for the timers meeting All Stroke and Turn Judges / Both Team Reps / Both Head Coaches meet behind the blocks at 5:40pm 5:50 pm - High School Senior Recognition Line up Shrimpers behind blocks right after the senior recognition National Anthem 6:00 pm Meet Start We will change to second half volunteers after Event #32 before the start of the IM's 

Clerk of Course: We will each do our own Clerk of Course and line our own swimmers up behind the blocks. We have portable benches for your team to use to line your kids up before getting behind the blocks. These will be located in the back right corner very close to the blocks on your team's side of the pool. *Please provide volunteers to clerk your team from this area. 

Seating: Our visitor seating is on the right side / kiddie pool side and is mostly shaded. Some pool deck chairs and tables will be out, however we recommend bringing folding chairs to sit in. Please keep all children out of our kiddie pool area as this is CLOSED during meets. 

Concessions: Concessions will be served out of the clubhouse window on the pool deck. Look for the blue tent. We will have pizza by the slice, hot dogs, pasta, Chick Fil A sandwiches, wraps, chips, candy, ice cream novelties, water, gatorade and soft drinks while supplies last. Cash, Zelle and Credit Cards accepted. 

Theme Night: Red, White and Blue! We hope that your team will join in the fun! Restrooms: Located just inside the pool gate entrance on the left as you walk in. Inclement Weather: Team reps will work together to determine weather delays / meet time changes and will communicate via the SwimTopia App. 

As a reminder, NO ALCOHOL is permitted during meets per the Greater Charlotte Swim League rules.
