Swim Meet vs Sardis- Heat Sheets

Howdy Partners!  Tonight is our first swim meet of the season (country western theme)!!!  Make sure to bring your dress up if you like and bring the noise for our team.

Below in all of the info for tonight so please read thoroughly.  Reminder to all parents to make sure your swimmer does not leave the pool area until after they have completed all of their events.  Have them sit with coaches and other swimmers at the slide area so we can locate them for their events.

Warm-ups for BCC begin at 5pm, have your child at the pool and marked at 4:45. Please have your child place their belongings for the meet in the area behind the new slides. They will need to stay in this area with their assigned coaches during the meet so we are able to easily locate them for their races. Please remind your swimmer to also clean up after themselves when they leave for the night.

Swim suits and Caps must be either the BCC swim suit and cap or a plain black or blue suit. If you are wearing a high school, MSA, Swimmac suit or cap, you are disqualified and unable to participate.

Parents feel free to bring a folding chair and place it on the left side of the lap pool. This is the side closest to the baby pool area. You may also sit on the deck closest to the restrooms. We reserve the opposite side of the pool for the visiting team. Please do not place any chairs behind the starting blocks.

Parking- If you do not live within walking distance, please plan to park on the streets outside the FAC parking area. The parking lot will be reserved for our visiting team only. If you do park on Coyle Circle please DO NOT park in front of the houses. Park on the sidewalk side of this street.

Volunteers- Please report to the computer stand for check in by 5:30. There will be a timer meeting at 5:40 behind the computer tent near the slide pool.

Food Options- You will have the option of eating at the Country Western Buffet. The buffet will cost $15/child and $25/adult. Buffet menu items are reflecting our theme for the evening and include:
